Saved views

Save a set of filters, a sort order, and columns as a reusable view. Keep personal views for your own workflow or share them with the team, and favorite the ones you use most.

View as Markdown

A saved view captures a set of filters, a sort order, and a column layout under a name you choose. Instead of rebuilding the same filter every morning, you click the view. They're the backbone of an organized inbox.

Saved views sit in the left rail alongside the system views (Inbox, Unassigned, Solved, and so on), so your custom workflows live right next to the built-ins.

Create a view

  1. 1
    Filter the inbox
Open the Filter dialog and build the conditions you want — for example "channel is email" and "status is New". See Filters.
  2. 2
    Set sort and columns
Choose how the tickets sort and which columns show.
  3. 3
    Save as view
Click Save as view, give it a name, and choose its visibility.

Personal vs shared

VisibilityWho sees it
PersonalOnly you. Use for your own working queues.
SharedEveryone in the workspace. Use for team-wide queues like "Email backlog" or "VIP customers".
Visibility is enforced

When listing views, Bookbag returns only shared views plus the personal views you own — a teammate's personal views never show up in your rail.

Favorites and editing

Mark a view as a favorite to pin it to the top of your rail. You can rename a view, change its visibility, update its conditions, sort, and columns, or delete it at any time. Edits to a shared view apply for everyone.

A view per workflow

Common team views: Unassigned email, On hold > 24h, My open VIPs, Awaiting customer. Each one is a saved set of conditions plus a sort.
