Your account
What the account page shows, what you can change here, and why almost everything about you is edited somewhere else.
/account is reachable from the sidebar's Account & credits item, from your account menu, from the credit pill in the project page's top bar, and from ⌘K.

What is on it
Three cards.
Bring your own AI — a link through to /account/ai, described as "Add your own provider key and builds cost no credits — the provider bills you directly." See Your own AI key.
Credits — your balance as a large number, a warning if it has run out, and your ledger. See Credits.
Your account — the hand-off to your Bookbag account:
Your name, your email, the devices you are signed in on and the organizations you belong to are kept once, at Bookbag account, for every product.

What you can change here
Almost nothing, and that is the design. Your identity belongs to the shared account, not to this product.

Changes to your name take effect in Bookbag the next time you sign in, because your profile is refreshed from your account at every sign-in.
Why devices are not listed here
They used to be. The product's own note on why they were removed is worth repeating, because it explains the whole shape of the account page:
Devices live at Bookbag SSO. This product used to list and end its own sessions here, which meant a "signed-in devices" list that knew about one product out of three, and a "sign out that device" that left the same person signed in next door.
Ending a device at your Bookbag account ends its Bookbag session with it, usually within about ten seconds.
The theme
The sun/moon button in the top bar switches between light and dark. Those are the only two options — there is no "match my system" setting.
Your choice is stored on your Bookbag account, not in this browser, so it follows you onto your other devices and into the other Bookbag products.
Notifications
The bell in the top bar shows your inbox. It is the shared inbox across every Bookbag product — each item is tagged with the product it came from.
What you can do from the panel:
- See up to twelve recent items, each with a title, a body and
<product> · <time ago>. - Mark all read, which appears when you have unread items.
- Click an item to mark it read and follow its link.
- Open All notifications, every product → for the full inbox at your Bookbag account.
The unread count on the bell refreshes every minute and when you open the panel, and caps its display at 99+.
Empty: Nothing yet.
Bookbag itself does not currently raise any notifications. Nothing in this product — no finished build, no failed run, no credit top-up — puts an item in the bell. Everything you see there came from your Bookbag account or another product: organization invitations, account changes and the like.
Bookbag also sends no email.
