# Workspace settings

> Manage your workspace name and slug, understand how the workspace ties together agents, members, and billing, and find where to manage your team and plan.

Workspace settings is where you manage the workspace itself — its name and slug — and reach the controls for your team and plan. The workspace is the container that ties together everything: your agents, data sources, channels, members, and billing all belong to it.

## Name and slug

You can rename your workspace at any time and change its **slug** — the short identifier used in URLs. Admins and owners can update both.

| Field | What it is |
| --- | --- |
| Name | The display name for your workspace, shown across the dashboard. |
| Slug | A short, URL-safe identifier for the workspace. |

> **TIP:** Changing the slug updates workspace URLs. Update any bookmarks your team relies on after a slug change.

## What lives in the workspace

- **Agents** and all their data sources, actions, and widgets.
- **Members** and their roles — see [Members & roles](/docs/workspace/members).
- **Invitations** for pending teammates — see [Invitations](/docs/workspace/invitations).
- **Plan, credits, and billing** — see [Plans & billing](/docs/workspace/billing).

## Who can change settings

Workspace-level changes (name, slug, members, billing) require an **Admin** or **Owner** role. Editors and Viewers can work within the workspace but can't change its settings. Owner-only actions — like deleting the workspace — are reserved for owners.
